Featured Medium: Contrast

Medium Plenty led the complete remodel of this 1915 bungalow on the historic registry. The exterior was subtly updated to respect the structure's historical significance and neighborhood context. In contrast, the interior was reimagined in a classic modernist style that expanded the use of space, increased natural light, improved the flow of movement and emphasized warmth through intentional use of materials. The client loved the interplay of tradition with today.
